The plot of Himalaya Ladder to Paradise Rongbuk Monastery, located in the north of Mount Everest where are 20 kilometers far from the mountaintop. This highest temple in the world was build in 1899. It is said that Padmasambhava practiced Buddhism here at once. Now, Agusta Sanjay is the only monk left. He regards the Mount Everest as the incarnation of Dakini, which should be away from the human disturbance. However, his son is an excellent mountain guide graduated from Tibet Climbing School in the other side. As the only school that continued enroll students in the world, the purpose of Tibet Climbing School is looking for some young suitably herders from the two counties at the foot of Mount Everest, and training them into brave mountain guides within four years. These mountain guides will help the climbers at their best to climb the Mount Everest, which includes paving the way,repairing the rope, setting up all the camps and carrying all the belongings. Most importantly, they are just like the bodyguard to protect the climbers breaking themselves together. Ladder to Paradise is telling a story just about this temple, this monk, this mountain and these climbers. The name, Ladder to Paradise, was coming from the white ladders painting on the rocks of Tibetan Plateau. The Tibetan believe that these ladders could pass human soul into the Holy Land. Most people regard the top of Mount Everest as their destination of adventure, in this point, the young mountain guides just like the role of ladders which help them climbing their top.
