Benevolent businessman Arthur Hong is about to pass on his empire to beloved and trusted daughter Shelley when he suddenly succumbs to a mysteriously sickness. After exhausting all options to seek out the source of the illness without success, Shelley calls her father’s estranged best friend - Chinese medicine doctor and Wushu master Karter Wong (Master Carter Wong – Big Trouble In Little China) to come to Canada from China at once. Though reluctant to return to the place of his deepest sorrows, Karter immediately agrees to catch the next immediately flight and instructs his top disciple Ben (Colin Cheng) to remain in China to care for the other students. However, Karter’s urgent departure prompts Ben to worry about his master’s safety and secretly follows his master to Canada on the next available flight. Once arrived to assess Arthur’s illness, Karter quickly uncovers and foils the sinister plot to poison and destroy the businessman by his right-hand man Drake, his assassin brother Tiger (Andy On - New Police Story), his sister Phoenix (Hedwig Tam – Helios), company CEO Bobby Tran (Bob Lam – The Fat Dragon), and personal secretary Sienna (Charmaine Li – Dominator). Karter soon finds himself under attack from assassins sent by Tiger but Ben steps in just in time to save him from harm. Arthur’s speedy recovery under the care of Karter further motivates Tiger to kidnap his daughters, prompting Karter and Ben to join forces with the police to save the girls before time runs out.
