Introduction: Funeral parlor is the last station in the journey of lives. We bide our last farewell to the lives that once in bloom by holding funeral for them. The dead and the newborn are two forms of presentation of life. Funeral directors and midwives are equally respectable, because to welcome lives is equally significant as to see off them. However, undertakers in China---who work unremittingly in Funeral Parlor--- are usually ignored by society, and have a longer and winding road toward friendship, love and family. We record their daily lives, their happiness and sorrow, and their ultimate concerns to lives, thus stimulating the reverence for life and the rumination on death. Finally, this documentary is also made to tell people: treasure the life, cherish family love and feel grateful to dedication -----This video is subject to the 2017 Canada Golden Maple film festival screening and selection.
