                  Dear Deputy Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China ，Consulate General Kong Jun, Consulate Jiang Rong.Dear Consulate general of Germany, France, Thailand, Romania, Mauritius, Turkey, Ukraine and other countries in Vancouver.Dear Canadian Federation, provincial and municipal government officials, distinguished famous artist Mr.Zhang Fengyi，Mr. ViC Sarin, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, I am very honoured to be the honorary chairman of the 4th Canada Golden Maple International Film Festival Organizing Committee.

           First of all, on behalf of the 4th Golden Maple International Film Festival Organizing Committee, I would like to once again warmly welcome all the government officials，film makers and artists from different countries to attend the opening ceremony tonight. Welcome everyone and thank you!Tonight is the opening of the 4th Canada Golden Maple International Film Festival hosted by Canada Golden Maple International Film Festival Association. Since its inception in 2016, with the theme of “creativeness， communication, advancement, and public welfare”, the Golden Maple International Film Festival is not only a grand event for Eastern and Western filmmakers, but also a cultural platform for deep cultural exchanges between countries around the world. An important part of Canada’s multicultural values. As the Canadian West Coast logo and representative of film cultural exchange and cooperation，the Canada Golden Maple International Film Festival has received great attention and support from the Canadian government and representatives of different countries in Vancouver. I am very honoured to be invited as the honorary chairman to promote Canada‘s multicultural development.After four years of growth and development, the Canada Golden Maple International Film Festival has become Canada West Coast filmmaker's favourite international movie event and brand, a high-end cultural event that combines film, culture, art and fashion and became the most influential yearly cultural event.

           With the full support and active participation of our distinguished guests and friends, I will continue to work hard with the organizing committee to let the Canada Golden Maple film festival get better and better and continue to contribute to the development of multiculturalism in Canada!
